We
charge 2.75 Swiss Francs (CHF, VAT excluded) per line
for the following

The
basic tariff for other languages is available upon request.
We charge a supplement of 15% for specialist texts
associated with a greater degree
of difficulty.
Lines are calculated on the basis of the translated
texts, at 52 characters per line, including spaces.
There is a minimum tariff of CHF 80.--, VAT excluded
per language and
order. |

Delivery
is made in the form requested by the customer. This
might be by e-mail, floppy disk, CD, fax or post. CLIPPER
also has an FTP server. |

Orders
for proof-reading, checking printers' proofs and providing
an expert opinion
on texts are charged at CHF 90.-- VAT excluded per
working hour. |

| |
We charge the cost price
for certification of translations by the offices of
the Notary or the Cantonal Chancellery. |

| |
| |
The
deadline for delivery will be decided when the order
is placed, and will be binding. An express supplement
of 50 - 100% (depending on the volume of text and the
deadline) will be agreed and charged to the customer
for any work that is required urgently. |

Net
payment to be made within 30 days of receipt. |

| |
Complaints
must be made in writing, within 30 days of receipt
of our translation
at the latest. Further claims are
excluded. |

The place of fulfilment
and of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland. |
